Well just to be sure, we are here to help, below we have made a list of how best to package your item for safe and secure delivery and what to include in the packaging, after all we want your item to arrive in the best possible condition as much as you do. |

Things to think about when packaging your laptop. |

Always use a strong cardboard box. |
| |
When possible please use bubble wrap, this absorbes most impacs whilst in transit. |
| |
Make sure that the box is not too much larger than the laptop and other items to be included, this way there will be as little movement as possible. |

Wrap each item seperately in bubble wrap. |
| |
Use tape (preferably brown packing tape) to secure wrapping. |

The laptop power unit/supply, encase the battery fails. |

Any recovery discs (if possible). |

A brief description of the fault to the best of your knowledge. |
