You or your company calls Dab Solutions to discuss your problem and to arrange delivery to us. We give you a time at which your laptop will be collected and advise you on the best way to package it along with required additional contents.

Once we have arranged our couriers to collect your laptop it will then be securely delivered to Dab Solutions offices, we then check the content, if all is well we will proceed to confirm the damage and if not already done so we will call you and give you an estimate as to the cost of the repair and a lead time as to how long we presume it will take.

Once an agreement has been reached by both you and Dab Solutions we will carry out the repair/upgrade as discussed, should we encounter any problems we will immediately call you to discuss the matter further.

Once the repair/upgrade has been carried out by Dab Solutions we then test the laptop thoroughly to make sure that all repair/upgrade work is 100% satisfactory.

We then clean your laptop, carefully re-package it along with any items you originally supplied, arrange for our courier service to deliver your repaired laptop back to the agreed address, we will call you with a delivery date.

Should you decide not to undertake to have the repair/upgrade carried out we will return your laptop directly back to you in the same condition as it was received and under our "No fix, No fee" promise you will only be charged for delivery.
